Roumanian Stitch
With many thanks to our Chairman, Liz for this month’s challenge stitch. Roumanian Stitch is described as a filling stitch. It has been used in this sample with four different threads to fill “plump unpluck’d cherries” prompted by watching an old episode of Poirot, where an English teacher is reading Christina Rossetti’s poem ‘Goblin Market’.
(Why not look that up on the internet when you check out the method for the stitch?)
