AGM and Member Activity

After AGM business in the morning, we will be starting on the stitched ornaments for our tree in the Leamington Christmas Tree Festival.

This year’s decorations will be Scandi-style felt “baubles”. They will be in a limited colour range to keep everything unified.
Patterns and materials will be issued on the day, so please bring your sewing kit to the meeting. |

Requirements list
- Your usual sewing kit including some scissors for cutting felt, scissors for card and some small ones for threads.
- Your own gold or silver threads if you’d like to add some sparkle.
- Frixion pen if you have one.
- Prit stick.
Felt, threads and hanging cord are provided for this activity.
We will have pattern outlines for the baubles and Dala Horses.
The decorations are made on cardboard shapes. Some cardboard will be provided but if you have any medium weight, preferably white card, from packaging that would be great.
