Couture beading and gold work embroidery – Zoom Workshop

Goldwork embroidery has its roots in ecclesiastical and very traditional pieces. Coupled with couture beading techniques, this workshop sets ancient techniques in a contemporary context.

Drawing on Lucy’s experience working in contemporary couture fashion, married with traditional training from the Royal School of Needlework, the workshop has been designed by Lucy to push the boundaries and give you the tools you need to create beautiful textural hand embroidery pieces.
